Early on we noticed the Demonologist have allot of area effects in AOC(aoc gold) that can pull agro and get the team killed fast. Now granted you can wait till tank has agro and you can stop shooting when new npc's run into the mix till tank has picked them up. But the biggest problem there for Demonologist is the lingering incinerate effects from your flames. They tend to jump to other npc's causing damage that you can not stop.

Now what happens is when a new npc is pulled into the fight, before that npc even gets to the tank or vice versa, if other npc's are still around that you have already attacked, your lingering incinerate effects are going to be jumping to them and start doing damage before the tank can get in range to get agro, and this making them turn to attack you. We have even seen it jump to npc's that normally would not have been pulled. You can buy aoc gold.

We are known as "glass cannons" great dps but can easily go down in a fight, especially dealing with epic npc's. So what we are saying is if you are running in groups/raids you have to be able to control your agro/damage. You need to stay away from as much as you can, anything that gives damage over time that jumps to other npc's. This will lower what dps you can do but keep this in mind. You will be doing 0(zero) dps if you keep pulling agro and dying.

You have to do what is best for the team and that means letting the tank do its job, the healer has his/her hands full at times just keeping a tank up, you do not need to be adding to the trouble. This also means staying back, you are ranged dps, there is no reason you should be in melee range of a npc in a group/raid unless you are for some reason using the Hellfire Steam spell. Stay back get out of them area effects and extra melee damage that might hit you on a swing. Help the healer out, do not get hurt till the tank goes down, if tank goes down do what you need to do to live.

Now once again this is only used if you find yourself in teams most of the time. It is not the best dps damage, but it will help you live longer in teams and it will help you not being kicked out all the time cause you pull agro.
