After a long period of Closed Beta test, German developer Reakktor's space shooting MMO Black Prophecy finally lifted its NDA and announced that the Open Beta to start in the beginning. Currently the game's still under CB stage and the number of testers are limited, bur it opens the CB forum to the public and allows players to discuss the game freely.

(Black Prophecy Gold) the beta invitation process is still in place and you will only be able to play the Beta if you have been invited. But don’t worry, we will open the beta in the beginning to allow everyone to have a look at the game.

Until then we kindly ask non-beta testers to refrain from participating in beta specific discussions and bug reporting forum threads without the beta game experience required to provide productive feedback. From BP official forum

Black Prophecy's nominated for the Best MMO in this year's Gamescom by the eye-catching graphics and fast pace real-time action combat. Gamigo has secured the publishing right in NA and EU and they revealed that the game will be released in Q4 before but now the plan has been changed.
