Finally, happily, and suddenly, Black Prophecy Open Beta begins, but unfortunately, the beta is for Europe only. On the last day of February, gamigo, the publisher of the space shooting MMO announced the start of the OBT, with 2 new servers added. To register gamigo account you can visit its official site. The Open Beta is available for all EU gamers and NA players that were selected for Closed Beta before. New U.S. and Canadian accounts won't be able to login the game. According to gamigo, an exclusive Closed Beta for North American will start very soon.

The new open beta client will include many new and updated features that were not available before: controls have been made more intuitive and allow the direction one is shooting in to be determined independently from the direction of the ship. Weapons have been examined carefully and their damage output has been rebalanced. The level cap has been raised to level 40 and new content has been added.
