The percentage of enmity boosted, while small, is definitely significant in Black Prophecy. On things like Incite Rage it gives enough boosted aggro that an Incite Rage and Taunt will give enough aggro to hold a secondary target off a healer while the main one is killed and often times off AoEs as well.It's also worth noting that certain spells seem to "double dip" in aggro and you actually get the percentage twice.

A few examples of this are Provoking Shield Counter 1.0 (The actual counter you get aggro on the damage portion and the taunt portion), Provoking Blow (same deal as PSC), Righteous Punishment (aggro on both the damage portion and the heal portion), etc. There's no actually proof to this, of course, due to lack of an available threat meter however it definitely seems this way.Emnity boost is noticeable. when we got 3/5 of the old SR gold armor(Black Prophecy Gold), it had something like 6% boost.

You can use a +10 krom spear, the SR gold's and blue's with no attack speed on either wep or gloves, and still managed to hold aggro off fenris geared ppl. You also can tank DP A with that gear and held hate. The moment the gloves came off though, BAM couldnt hold aggro for nyerk. That was just a small boost. Now take anuhart gear for example, each individual piece of armor now has emnity boost not just the set bonus which means 16-18% boost plenty to help hold aggro against those sins, glads, rangers and sorcs.
